I have a bachelor's degree and 3.5 years experience. I searched for a job for a total of 1 day and received 3 interviews and was offered a job at the end of the day. I put A LOT of work into my resume. I also think I have a good personality and am fairly attractive which for sure helps in the dental market. I think girls here make anywhere form 30-50 per hour. I make $40. I also have to say that over 70 RDHs applied for the job I ended up taking. There were 30 interviews and 10 working interviews given. Competition is STEEP!
